This accessibility statement was prepared on 17 March 2026 and was last updated on 26 March 2026.
It applies to the website annualreport.bankoffinland.fi/2025. The website is governed by the Act on the Provision of Digital Services, which requires that public sector websites must be accessible.
Our goal is to make our websites accessible to all users and for that reason we are constantly evaluating and developing them.

Compliance
Based on the latest assessment, the website annualreport.bankoffinland.fi/2025 is partly compliant with the requirements of the Act and partly meets the Level A and Level AA criteria of the WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

Tables
Table headings are not programmatically marked as header cells. Some table headings are not logically above the appropriate column. In some tables, programmatically marked references (header attributes) are missing from multi-level headers and data cells.

The text alternatives for some of the graphs on the website do not describe the graph information in sufficient detail.

The website includes PDF documents that are not accessible. The PDF documents do not have element tags that would make the structure programmatically understandable. A language has not been specified for all the documents. The files do not have a bookmark list generated from the table of contents, which impairs navigation of long documents.

The website’s cookie notification obscures part of the screen. The cookie notification (Change cookie setttings button) has been placed as the first element of the DOM structure before the link ‘Jump to contents’, which interferes with the navigation order,
